Some good news, vaccines help people fight against disease, but for those in Africa it is helping with economic growth, and population. , Tanzania is working closely with Gavi to increase routing vaccine coverage rates, by healthier children means more kids in school, being active , adults getting vaccines means more working, staying active and making more money. this is very positive. living longer is something they should look forward too, it will also help with the spread. :)
This is really hopeful, and I like that Tanzania is trying its best to mobilize the vaccine coverage. There weren't a lot of hopeful news stories this semester, but I think anything that has to do with medication/vaccinations is always a great stepping stone for this country.
ReplyDeleteFinally, some GOOD news about Africa! It's refreshing to hear this news; I'm also very hopeful for the future, hopefully more countries will look to Tanzania as an example. Vaccines are always a good idea.
ReplyDeleteI agree, this is really good news and am proud that vaccines are now being distributed more and more in Africa. I hope more countries will take note and attempt to limit the number of diseases to a growing population.
